I work 40 hours a week, which includes some 10 hour days. I don't have the time or opportunity to go to child birth classes, but luckily this is 2015 and anyone can find anything on the internet. My husband found this awesome set of videos from a woman named Kathy from Southern California, who is a little wacky but the classes are great.
I don't know why the intro is so loud, but I would recommend turning down your speakers till she comes on screen. :P
Video 2 was my favorite. Video 3 was the most terrifying haha.

One thing I liked about my birthing class though was I got to tour the hospital birthing ward before Austin was born. One less thing I had to worry about.
